For over 40 years, Magnetic Radiation Laboratories has been providing complete in-house assembly of multiple-piece products to our customers. Our knowledge of magnetic shielding, from design through individual customer application requirements, allows us to provide both simple and complex multi-component assemblies as options to our customers.
Our engineering staff reviews each customer drawing to ensure the best manufacturing procedures/standards are implemented to fulfill our customers' design/assembly needs. Utilization of multiple components--stamped, drawn and/or fabricated--allows us to provide our customers flawless assemblies.
Components are produced directly in our facility under highest quality guidelines and controlled processes or are purchased from our extensive approved vendor resources. Purchased components, hardware and fasteners, both Military and Commercial, can be assembled to customer products by our state-of-the-art assembly process.

Metal fabrications and assemblies are made from all types of metals, such as cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminum sheet and plate, nickel, Inconel, Mu-metal, titanium and many other exotic materials. Magnetic Radiation Laboratories has extensive and unique draw/stamping equipment for a variety of product configurations. Our in-house Hydroform process allows almost limitless product and material options.
Utiilzing this process, tooling costs can be reduced and prototype/short-run pilot production orders can be produced on soft/temporary tooling, minimizing initial customer investment and allowing easier tooling design changes.
Our Hydroform process supplies our customers with products that could not be produced by conventional methods and allows the manufacture of multiple drawn parts for in-house assembly. In-house stamping presses provide additional draw capability, and our tool room staff provides design assistance, as well as tooling construction and maintenance.
We work with our customers from prototype product stages through complete production processing, adjusting to their needs and providing the best process options available.

Involved with today's specialized world of fabrication and materials, we fabricate from a complete spectrum of materials and tempers. If your process requires DFARS approved material, we are in 100% compliance. All of our finished parts are shipped with complete certifications based on ISO .9001:2000 standards.
Magnetic shielding is our specialty, but we also excel in commercial applications. You identify material requirements in your drawings; we will deliver a finished product certified to those requirements.
