Magnetic Radiation Laboratories is an ISO 9001 Registered Firm for the manufacture of precision metal fabricated and machined assemblies, inclusive with deep draw (hydroform) for the Aerospace, Military, Medical, Commercial and General Aviation Industries, having been assessed and approved by QAS International to the ISO 9001:2001 management systems, standards and guidelines.
The widely adopted AS9100 is an Aerospace Basic Quality Sytem Standard developed by a group os UF aerospace prime contractors with the intent of standardizing and streamlining many aerospace quality management standards. Although it is based on ISO9000, there are 27 additional requirements unique to the aerospace industry.
AS9100 replaced the earlier AS9000 and fully incorporates that version, while adding more quality and safety requirements. All of the major aerospace companies require compliance and/or registration to AS9100 for suppliers and manufacturers in their industry.
Magnetic Radiation Labs is proud to have their AS9100 Certificate pending final approval.
NADCAP is affiliated with the Performance Review Institute and membership is open to prime contractors who comply with industry-wide standards for special processes and products. NADCAP accreditation is required by most companies in the aerospace and military industries.
As a quality supplier, Magnetic Radiation Labs utilizes only vendors accrediated by the NADCAP program for our manufacturing processes.
